I am a London-based Ecuadorian designer and engineer.
My work as a designer is centered on the creation of physical objects and digital material aiming to create new, playful and unexpected interactions and experiences based. Perception is an important element connected to my work, mainly expectation and false impressions. I also tend to work with video, music and photography.
I am currently working as a freelance designer with the art and design studio Loop.pH in London mainly with 3D design and programming for architectural scale installations. I work for various other clients in projects involving CAD and programming as well as video, animation and object design.
Aside from the freelance work, I am also developing individual and collective projects in England, France and Ecuador.
I graduated from the Innovation Design Engineering department at the Royal College of Art and Imperial College London in 2011. Prior to this, I obtained a Mechanical Engineering diploma from the Institut National des Sciences Appliquées in Lyon, France in 2009 thanks to French scholarships Bourse d’Excellence and Bourse Major. My work has been exhibited in London, Beijing, Lodz, Cieszyn and Tokyo.
